SCROOMS Eversung Guide: Creatures, Areas, and Rarity

Last updated 2026-10-11Unofficial player article

Identify The Pale Vessel and The Violet Fool, read the Eversung tier correctly, and separate area access from catching preparation.

Eversung is SCROOMS' highest listed rarity tier, rather than one creature called “Eversung.” Two named entries are The Pale Vessel in Grave of the Gilded and The Violet Fool in Sanctum Magus.

SCROOMS region and instrument progressionThis gameplay gives progression context; it does not demonstrate a guaranteed Eversung spawn route.

Those names give you a more useful target than the rarity label alone. If you are looking for The Pale Vessel, the relevant area is Grave of the Gilded; The Violet Fool belongs to Sanctum Magus. Hunting the opening Grove merely because the official description mentions Eversung does not connect your session to either listed entry.

The rarity ladder runs Common, Uncommon, Rare, Wondrous, Fabled, then Eversung. That order tells you where the tier stands. It does not tell you the number of attempts a capture will take or guarantee an encounter after a certain length of play.

Prepare access and catching reach separately

An area's Index helps you see the target you are working toward. Discover the relevant region through normal progression, then compare the target's displayed frequency information with the reach of your equipped instrument. Resonance addresses reach; the control attributes address your ability to finish an encounter.

For a difficult collection goal, prioritize a tool you can consistently control. A higher Luck value is not a replacement for keeping the creature inside its catch zone. The instrument stats reference explains those different jobs without turning them into a made-up catch-rate formula.

Keep the plan grounded in the actual entry

Use the named creature and its area when asking for help or reading community advice. A claim about “the Eversung spawn” may refer to one target and leave out the other. Likewise, a mutation prefix describes a variant of a species; it does not automatically make that species Eversung.

If you are still finishing your first area, use the rare-creature guide to improve the collecting routine first. The immediate goal is reaching and completing the encounters available to you, rather than expecting the rarity label to unlock a shortcut.

Check your area progress in the official experience before planning an Eversung hunt.
