Start with the server rules and information area after joining, then find the relevant discussion or announcement channel. Channel layouts can change, so follow the names displayed in the server rather than treating an old screenshot as a permanent map.
The Roblox community is a separate destination from the Discord. Its creator identity links back to the experience, which helps you distinguish the musical creature-collection game from unrelated titles that also use the word Scroom.
Ask for help with a concrete stuck point
When a quest stops making sense, include the quest name, the objective currently shown, and the action you already completed. For example, “The Next Step still asks for respects after I visited the statues” gives other players something useful to answer. A question that only says “help” leaves them guessing whether you mean equipment, catching, or travel.
